To begin, you will need the collection and delivery postcodes. Our system integrates directly with mapping coordinates to calculate the precise distance of the transport route. Once you define the postcodes, you can choose from our list of standard cargo categories or input custom length, width, height, and weight measurements. The system then filters our active fleet to show only the vehicles capable of safely carrying your shipment, preventing any vehicle selection errors.
After choosing the vehicle, you can specify additional services such as loading and unloading assistance from our driver, out of hours collections, or paper invoices. Once all parameters are entered, the calculator generates a clear cost breakdown, including VAT. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and our dispatch team receives your booking details instantly to assign a driver.
