Kaprix Powerhouse Logistics prices UK courier and pallet delivery dynamically, based on distance, vehicle size, and any additional stops or out of hours requirements. Rates start from our Small Van tier (up to 400 kg and 2 standard pallets) and scale up to Luton Box vehicles carrying 6 standard pallets, with fleet payloads of up to 1250 kg. Every quote reflects the real cost of the job, distance, vehicle, and timing, with no hidden fees added at checkout.
Why our pricing is transparent
Unlike flat rate or “call for a quote” couriers, our pricing engine calculates every quote using the same fixed rules shown on this page: a distance based road factor, clear extra stop and out of hours fees, and standard UK VAT. That means a quote generated at 9am matches the invoice you receive, and businesses budgeting for regular courier use can predict costs accurately rather than negotiating each job individually. This pricing model applies across every location we serve, from Watford to Central London to Milton Keynes.

How Our Pricing Works
Our pricing engine calculates courier costs dynamically using the following parameters, ensuring fairness and full transparency.
Distance Calculations
We calculate routes using geographic coordinates and apply a road factor of 1.25x to estimate practical motorway mileage rather than straight line distance. The minimum billable distance is 10 miles, so short local jobs are priced fairly without being disproportionately expensive per mile.
Extra Stops
If your route includes multiple collections or deliveries, we charge a flat £20.00 fee per extra stop (excluding the main loading and unloading points), a fixed cost shown upfront rather than a variable surcharge calculated after the job.
Out of Hours Collections
Collections scheduled outside our standard working hours (06:00 to 18:00) or on weekends incur a flat £50.00 out of hours collection fee to cover driver shifts, again fixed and shown at quote stage, not added afterward.
VAT and Billing
Logistics prices are subject to standard UK VAT (currently 20%). Invoices are processed electronically via Stripe, and corporate account billing is available for businesses that need regular, recurring courier services.
