Our Secure Tracking Process
We focus on dedicated direct transport. This means your shipment travels on its own vehicle without co loading, and our team monitors the transit status closely from collection to final sign off.
1. Dispatch Notification
As soon as your booking is finalized, we assign a dedicated driver and vehicle. You will receive an electronic confirmation containing booking details, planned pickup, and delivery schedules.
2. Real Time Driver Updates
Since we operate a dedicated courier transport model, your driver travels straight from your collection point to the delivery address. Our logistics team monitors vehicle coordinates constantly to manage transit times.
3. Chain of Custody
Your cargo remains on the same vehicle for the entire journey. We do not transfer your parcel or pallet between sorting hubs or depot networks, ensuring maximum security and no risk of co loading damage.
4. Digital Proof of Delivery (POD)
The moment the driver completes unloading at the delivery address, we capture a digital signature and name. A delivery confirmation receipt is sent to you immediately.
